Facility Overview

The Las Vegas distribution centre provides 200,000 sq ft of warehouse space configured for large-scale storage, fulfillment, and distribution. The facility features high-bay racking systems, dedicated pick zones, packing stations, and staging areas for both inbound receiving and outbound shipping.

Dock capacity handles simultaneous multi-carrier operations, supporting FTL inbound from Canadian facilities, domestic US LTL distribution, and parcel carrier pickups for e-commerce fulfillment. The building's layout can accommodate both bulk pallet programs and unit-level direct-to-consumer operations under the same roof.

The Las Vegas facility operates on the same WMS platform as our Canadian locations, which means inventory visibility is unified across the entire Mikhaiel Logistics network. A client can view stock levels in Belleville, Calgary, and Las Vegas from a single dashboard. Transfers between Canadian and US inventory pools are coordinated through the same system.

Cross-Border Canada-US Logistics

Most Canadian 3PLs stop at the border. Mikhaiel Logistics doesn't. The Las Vegas facility exists specifically to serve clients who sell in both countries and need a logistics partner that operates on both sides without handing off to a subcontractor.

How Cross-Border Works With Us

  • Northbound (US → Canada)Goods manufactured or imported into the US are warehoused in Las Vegas and shipped to our Canadian facilities in Belleville, Calgary, or Montreal for Canadian distribution.
  • Southbound (Canada → US)Canadian clients staging product for the US market ship to Las Vegas, where we handle US domestic distribution.
  • Customs coordinationWe work with customs brokers on both sides to manage CUSMA/USMCA documentation, duty classification, and clearance. Clients aren't juggling separate logistics providers for each country.
  • Split inventoryClients can maintain inventory pools in both Canada and the US, with our WMS providing visibility across both countries. Rebalancing between pools is managed as a routine transfer rather than an international shipping event.

For clients like national retailers and CPG brands selling in both Canadian and American markets, this dual-country capability eliminates the need for a separate US 3PL relationship.
